Chris Bauman has worked in the residential real estate industry for just over 18 years. After completing a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a major in Real Estate in 1990 he began working for a large residential real estate development company in Louisville, Kentucky. While working for this company Chris represented a large group of custom home builders and sold new homes and home sites in as many as 7 different communities simultaneously. After transferring to Orlando in 1996 Chris continued to work for development companies representing high end custom builders in some of the most successful luxury home communities in central Florida including; Lake Forest, Alaqua Lakes, Keene’s Pointe and Oakland Park. Chris is a member in good standing of the Orlando Regional Realtor Association and has been a consistent top producer among luxury site sales professionals in Central Florida. He was featured in Orlando magazine as one of the “Top 100 Real Estate Agents in Central Florida” in both 2006 and 2007.
