Jerry Burch, has been a Broker/Salesman at Keene’s Pointe Realty since October, 1998.  Originally from St. Louis, Missouri and a graduate of the University of Missouri, Jerry left his marketing management position with Mobil Oil Corporation in 1979 to venture into real estate in Florida.  After working for a Major Developer in the Stuart / Port St. Lucie area for 5 years, he accepted a sales position at Heathrow Realty and moved to Orlando, Florida.   Five years later Jerry was part of the new sales team at Alaqua, another upscale development in the northern part of Orlando.  After 7 years at Alaqua, Jerry was the first agent recruited and hired to start a new development called  Alaqua Lakes, and this turned out to be his last move before joining the Keene’s Pointe Realty Staff in 1998.   Jerry resides in Winter Garden with his better half, Cindy, and they have a son, Michael and daughter, Darah.  Along with being an active member of The Homebuilders Association and the Orlando Regional Realtor Association, Jerry enjoys playing tennis and golf.
